Buyafide includes a shopping assistant that helps you find and compare products. This notice explains what it is and how it works.
You are talking to an AI system
The Buyafide assistant is an artificial intelligence system, not a person. It generates responses automatically.
Where its answers come from
The assistant uses Buyafide’s own product and price data to answer questions about products, prices and availability. It is designed not to invent prices or stock levels. Even so, AI systems can make mistakes, so please check important details on the retailer’s website before you buy.
What happens to your questions
Questions you type are processed to generate an answer and may be stored in anonymised form to improve the service. Please do not enter personal information such as your address or payment details. See our privacy policy for more information.
Independence
The assistant follows the same rules as the rest of Buyafide: retailers cannot pay to be recommended, and commission does not affect which products or offers it suggests.
